Project Stage: Stage 4 - 6 – Technical Design & Construction Supervision (September 2021 - May 2025)

Tasks Completed:
Joined during the latter stages of the project to provide mentoring and oversight to the assigned junior team member.
Attended regular intensive design team workshops with architects, lighting designers, A/V consultants, water feature specialists, and engineers to resolve underground interface challenges.
Led the assessment, monitoring, and planning of team resourcing to proactively align project delivery with the agreed scope and milestones outlined in the Fee Proposal.
Managed the production of a completely new set of technical drawings following a full client-led redesign at the start of Stage 5 construction, ensuring no impact on installation programme or timelines.
Coordinated with the Arboriculturist and local Tree Officer to monitor protected trees on site within the Conservation Area.
Adapted to a more client-facing role following a change in the project management, leading design meetings, securing sign-offs, and managing ongoing design changes directly with the client and her newly appointed management team.
Fostered a strong working relationship with the client and key project stakeholders.
Process and issue monthly project invoices to the client’s financial team
Oversaw the Stage 5 landscape installation process, attending regular site and remote meetings with the Main Contractor and Client representatives.
