Project Stage: Stage 2 - 6 – Concept, Developed, Technical Design & Construction Supervision (September 2021 - May 2025)

Location: Fitzrovia, London

Project Overview:

I led this high-end residential project based in central London. The site comprises several terraces (Dining, Lounge & Roof, as well as a Basement Lightwell, Front Lightwell and street facing Entrance with 1st floor balconies.

Tasks Completed:

I joined during the latter stages of Concept Design and finalised design details for client sign-off.

Developed and delivered Stage 3 and Stage 4 design packages, including detailed planting plans.

Coordinated design interfaces with manufacturers, the interior design team, and the lighting designer.

Led regular client meetings to manage design amendments and approve materials and finishes.

Issued additional fee proposals for variations beyond the original scope.

Led the assessment, monitoring, and planning of team resourcing to proactively align project delivery with the agreed scope and milestones outlined in the Fee Proposal.

Oversaw Stage 5 construction coordination between contractors and manufacturers.

Reviewed manufacturers’ workshop drawings and liaised with engineers on structural and loading requirements for bespoke trellis screens.

Undertook site snagging and assisted with final project handover to the client.
