Project Stage: Stage 5 & 6 – Construction Supervision & Practical Completion & Handover (September 2021 - December 2022)

Tasks Completed:

• Took over project responsibilities following a handover from the predecessor during Stage 5 construction installation.

• Oversaw the landscape works in close collaboration with the Project Architect.

• Attended bi-weekly site meetings, including site inspections, full-team progress meetings, and dedicated landscaping contractor meetings.

• Managed client-requested design changes by preparing and issuing Change Control forms for approval.

• Sourced and procured suitable tree species from specialist nurseries across Europe.

• Updated the full drawing package to reflect approved design changes.

• Monitored project services and deliverables against the contract, preparing and submitting additional fee proposals as necessary.

• Prepared and submitted monthly project progress reports and invoices to the Project Management Consultants.

• Attended regular client meetings on-site to review progress and address project matters.

• Conducted project snagging and conducted the final project inspection and handover.

• Project images are not displayed due to client privacy agreements and non-disclosure obligations.
